Linda Payne, President
Reimbursement Concepts

Linda Payne is the founder of Reimbursement Concepts, LLC and is a highly recognized professional in the field of Infusion, DME and AIC reimbursement for over 20 years.

 

Due to an apparent void in strategic partnerships between providers and billing services, Linda Payne formed Reimbursement Concepts, LLC in 2003. Since then, Reimbursement Concepts, LLC has been able to successfully bridge the gap by partnering with clients to provide ongoing support services through consulting and outsourcing.

 

Prior to beginning Reimbursement Concepts LLC, Linda held senior management positions with several of the nation’s leading homecare companies including McKesson MedManagement, Accredo Health Services, and Gentiva Health Services. Linda is an active member and respected professional advisor on a national level for several organizations; including NHIA, Definitive Healthcare Solutions.

Jan Kavookjian joined the professional and graduate faculties of the Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy in 2006 after four years as faculty with the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. She received her MBA (1989) and PhD (2001) from Auburn, was named an Auburn University top 10 doctoral candidate, and held an AFPE/USP graduate research fellowship. She has taught courses in patient communication and pharmacy management, and graduate courses in behavior theories and intervention research, advanced research methods, and systematic literature review.
